Abstract Submission Deadline : 31 January 2010

	This deadline is final and irrevocable and no extensions are foreseen
	Abstracts can only be submitted on-line via the Congress web site
	Abstracts sent by post, fax or email will not be accepted
	Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered

Online Registration

	Congress Registration can only be made online via the Online Registration page of the official Congress web site. Payment is by credit card only.	<
	All participants are required to register and pay in full to attend the Congress
	Upon receipt of registration and payment of registration fees, all participants will receive a confirmation message and Congress registration number on the e-mail address they provide.
	Letters of invitation for visa and/or sponsorship purposes will be issued at no additional charge but only after registration and payment of Congress fees is finalised.

Registration Fees

All registration fees are expressed in Euro

	Parents, Self-Advocates, Students**	€ 150	€ 200
	Parents, Self-Advocates, Students** who are Individual Members of Autism Europe*	€ 100	€ 200

* Participants registering as individual members of Autism-Europe must be up-to-date with their membership subscriptions and will be asked to enter their 2010 AE membership code on registration as proof of membership

** Participants registering as ‘students’ must be students in full-time education at the time of registering for the Congress. Proof of status must be produced at the Registration Desk of the Congress venue.

Official Social Event

A Congress Dinner will be organised for the evening of Saturday 9 October. More details will be available nearer the date. If you wish to participate in the Social Dinner, please subscribe to this event when you register

Substitution

If, after registering, you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost. Substitutions must be notified to the Congress Organisers

Congress Cancellation Policy

All substitutions, requests for refunds and cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Organisers via the dedicated e-mail on the Online Registration page of the Congress Website.

Refunds

The effective date is the date of reception of cancellation on the website

	Cancellation until 30 June 2010	full refund minus a 20% administrative processing fee
	Cancellation from 1 July to 10 September 2010	50% refund
	Cancellation after 11 September 2010	no refund
